Title

Each problem will have one factor from the selections on the first list and one factor from the selections on the second list. The numbers 0 through 99 will be used, if there are no factors selected in one of the lists

Commute the problems. (If 4 x 6 is selected, 6 x 4 will also be used, as will 24 / 6 and 24 / 4.)

Don't commute the problems. (If 4 x 6 is selected, 6 x 4 will not be used, nor will 24 / 4.)
