- I enjoy explaining difficult concepts on a one to one or group basis - I am able to apply my practical experience to aid in the understanding process - I am very flexible with timings - I usually structure lessons by first allowing the student to explain what they need help in, then decide on the course of action. At the end of the lesson, we re-cap and I allow the students time to question if they need extra clarification. On the next lesson, we always re-cap what we did previously. - Email communication flexibility
