Hi :-) As for the stats, I come to tutoring with an achievement of High Distinctions in Honours statistics, and achieved an overall GPA of 6.53 for my psych degree. However, equally importantly I came to tutoring with 9 years experience in facilitation based education. Q) Why might this be important? A) Because, I have experience across age groups and diverse cultural backgrounds in facilitating self-directed learning outcomes. This means I have much experience with listening and looking for the needs of clients, which translates to not just `telling' answers. Instead emphasis is on interacting with people to facilitate understanding of key concepts via flexible forms of representing information.
