I am an excellent student of Maths, English, Italian, Music and Physics, as well as being friendly, personable and extremely helpful - particularly when it comes to understanding new topics and catering for individual needs. I can help with students struggling to cope with their work, provide reasons for individuals to enjoy what they are doing, and also help with one-off assignment or problem area issues. I am passionate about helping people reach their potential. I can also help with general skills in reading and general studies at the primary/pre- primary level or above, being a kind and patient listener and mentor. I have 13 years' experience playing the saxophone both individually and in a group setting, and would love to take on any beginner to intermediate saxophonists in learning their instrument. I can offer a sense of enjoyment in one's playing as well as a range of technical guidance and musical understanding/knowledge. My formal grading is an A in Grade 6 AMEB, however in the past 7 years since I have expanded my repertoire and knowledge beyond into areas of jazz and general musicianship. I am particularly keen to teach Italian or early level Maths, Music and English, however would look forward to working with anyone who would like help with learning their particular subject area. I have always had a particular interest in personalised education, which is why I'm really looking forward to working with new students, and can help to find necessary resources to get the most out of sessions and each person's particular learning style.
