Hi everyone! I am a third year Bachelor of Asia-Pacific Studies/Bachelor of Laws student at the Australian National University. I am majoring in Indonesian and hope to work in Indonesia in the future. I am originally from Melbourne and completed VCE in 2011, attaining an ATAR of 97.75. Subjects studied in year 12 were English, Mathematical Methods, Further Mathematics, Chemistry, Legal Studies and German. I have been tutoring for almost three years now, both through a tutoring company and privately. I have also volunteered as a tutor for the Migrant and Refugee Settlement Service (MARSS) in Canberra. My other current and past employment includes in-home care for people with disabilities, swim teaching, working at after school care, teaching Finnish at the Canberra Finnish school, retail and hospitality. As you can see I really enjoy working with kids! I have a Working with Vulnerable People card and a First Aid certificate. I live in Ainslie and charge the following rates for clients in my area or on campus at ANU: $30 for 1 hour $40 for 1.5 hours $50 for two hours I can also do home visits to other areas, but the rate will be slightly higher depending on how far I have to travel.
