Hi my name is Torri I am a first year Biomedical student at The University of Newcastle. I gained excellent marks in my HSC exam and I learnt many effective study skills during my HSC year which could benefit you.I have previously tutored students through out my HSC and received positive results and I am looking to do some tutoring to earn some extra money while studying. I have been tutoring students for 3 years. I enjoy teaching and I am patient with them whilst giving them encouragement to ensure that they understand the work. I have a range of teaching and studying methods which I have acquired through learning and studying myself and I can determine which ones work for the student. I may set small amounts of homework if I feel it would benefit the student to ensure that the work is understood but this is completely optional. I am a friendly approachable person who is patient and takes learning seriously but at the same time tries to make it enjoyable. I am available: Monday: After 1pm Tuesday: After 5pm Thursday: After 4pm one week at 1pm the other week (fortnightly cycle) Friday: After 1pm Weekends if needed but would prefer week days Subjects: Primary School Maths English including reading and comprehension High School English Maths Science Essay Writing Years 11 and 12 Chemistry Biology General Mathematics English Price $30 an hour or $50 for 2 hours if you come to me at the Newcastle university library $40 an hour or $60 for 2 hours if I drive to you this can be negotiated as I understand people have a budget.
