I believe when one has knowledge one should give it to others who can use it. Knowledge gained should be spread for the better future of community. Not everyone who has knowledge can pass it on to other people, but I can get down to student's understanding and help them understand. I am available on weekends and Mondays and Wednesdays. I plan classes as what is being done and what is to be done next week so the students can learn it quickly. At the beginning of every class, I undergo 15 minutes of test of what was done last week so I can keep up with their performance. I have trained international students as well who have problems understanding english, and they have done fairly well, beyond their expectations.
