Errika Katon BMus, AMusA, LMusA Errika has over 10 years experience in teaching the flute to students from beginner to advanced levels. She has completed a Bachelor of Music at the University of New South Wales as well as the Associate Diploma in Music, Australia (AMusA) a diploma awarded by examination to outstanding candidates in the field of flute performance and the Licentiate Diploma in Music, Australia (LMusA) a diploma awarded by examination to candidates who display excellence in their chosen instrument by the Australian Music Examinations Board (AMEB). In addition to teaching the flute, Errika also teaches the piano with demonstrated experience in guiding students to take AMEB examinations from beginner to fifth grade levels achieving excellent results. She also teaches beginner to intermediate singing and guitar. Errika’s excellence in flute performances has seen her perform in various wind ensembles, chamber orchestras and jazz ensembles at the Sydney Conservatorium of Music, Town Hall and the Sydney Opera House.
