I have always been a disciplined student at my work and even now as i pursue my double degree masters in aAustralia, I have always had an open view of how learning and development is critical in a successful experience as a student and tutor while at the university. It is the same as when you get into the work force where learning, mentoring will be part of a managers profile. I have previously worked with multinationals such as Johnson and Johnson and Smith and Nephew Healthcare and offered counseling support, presentations and mentoring and tutoring to medical and non medical staff during my tenure. I personally always found myself wanting to give back to my peers and felt that a little help to the students who find it difficult to understand can aid theor progress and successfull completion of their courses.
