I'm an Arts/Law student at Sydney University, and I'm offering English tutoring, particularly for HSC students who want to improve their essay writing, textual analysis, argumentation or any other skills necessary to achieving top marks in HSC English Advanced, Extension 1 and Extension 2. In HSC English, I ranked 3rd in the State in Advanced English, and 15th in the State in English Extension 1: NSW HSC State rankings: - 3rd in English Advanced (99/100) - 15th in English Ext 1 (49/50) and - 49/50 for English Ext 2 major work (essay) Since then, I have completed an MAJOR in English literature at Sydney University as part of my Arts/Law degree, attaining top marks (High Distinctions and Distinctions). Part of that English major (1/3) was undertaken at HARVARD University (where I attained straight 'A' grades). I tutor in-person at Sydney University, or online. Limited spaces only. We can focus on improving general essay writing skills, on your understanding of your prescribed texts, or help with additional texts. I will look at where you are currently struggling and aim to fill in those skill, knowledge or understanding gaps to improve your marks.
