I am incredibly passionate about learning and I have been tutoring for over 10 years and am a registered teacher in Queensland (for both Primary and secondary schools). I work part time for Education Queensland doing supply teaching and am furthering a career in Mental Health when not relief teaching. -I have most experience in the middle years of schooling (grades 3-10) but am comfortable and have some experience teaching a range of age groups (including tertiary and mature age students). -I offer discounts for 2 hour sessions and also hold group tuition sessions for siblings or peers. - I offer a range of subjects and have experience working with students who have special needs and individual education programs (IEP's). - I am mobile and am willing to make home visits pending distance or hold sessions at a local library. - I provide worksheets, assist with assessments and homework and provide extra curricular work in specified areas if requested. - I am available most afternoons from as early as 3pm and some weekends. I am flexible and reliable and feel I am an approachable person who communicates well.
