I graduated from Melbourne High School in 2012, in which I have attained an ATAR score of 98.85, and I am currently studying Bachelor of Law & Bachelor of Commerce at Monash University in Clayton. The subjects I am able to tutor are VCE Units 3 & 4 English, Business Management and Indonesian. Although my SAC marks only averaged a ‘B’ throughout year 11, by the end of year 12, I managed to achieve consistent A+’s. Thus, I am able to relate to and teach students who experience similar difficulties in English but still wish to do well. I will be focusing on helping students to improve their SAC marks as much as possible and ensure that they will be well prepared for the final exam. Additionally, I only began studying Indonesian in 2009 and significantly improved in which I achieved a final score of 48 in my VCE Units 3 & 4 exam. I also received the Melbourne High School Indonesian Prize in 2012. I am now a proficient speaker and writer, and I also understand the cultural concepts which are essential for the final exam. I will be focusing on developing your language ability (both written and oral), understanding cultural concepts, as well as a placing a strong emphasis on end-of-year exam preparation. For Business Management, I achieved a raw score of 47. I will be focusing on the concepts and theories taught throughout the course, as well as how to apply them into factual scenarios.
