My name is Claudia and as a student, I'm passionate about learning and helping others learn. Having achieved a 98 ATAR I understand what it takes to do well at school and there is nothing more rewarding than watching my students progress and excel through school with many successfully transitioning into tertiary education. I am available most weekday evenings and weekend afternoons. I am happy to do home visits at an additional $5 for houses within 5km of Endeavour Hills and an additional $10 within 5-15km. I tutor a range of ages and subjects. Primary School: I tutor all ages in English, Maths and French using notes and worksheets. Some homework is encouraged and may be required, though the amount can be pre-set with parents beforehand. High school: For years 7-10, I tutor English, Maths and Science focusing on the fundamentals that will be required for ultimate success in year 12. I use worksheets and maintain a flexible program to ensure there is time to help with homework if needed. For VCE I tutor English and Chemistry. I can do sessions of either 60 or 90 minutes at a time. For Chemistry, the focus is on the content set out in the VCAA study design. For English, I offer either general help with homework, OR sessions focused on specific areas of the study design including: context, text response and persuasion. I also do intensives of 2-hour sessions over multiple weekends.
