SCIENCES & MATHS: School-based teaching is often poorly structured. Too much time is spent on simple concepts you already understand, and not enough on those that you don't. Invariably, the latter turn out being the 5-mark Qs that torment you in the actual exam. My aim is to address these shortcomings - cover the relevant course as fast as you honestly can and not at the rate your school dictates you can. All in a clear, concise manner with predominant emphasis on exam questions and technique. I teach more broadly than your school might, frequently anticipating 'trick', 'out-of-the-box' questions before they appear on exams. Expect comprehensive notes and practice questions. ENGLISH: The current Chief VCE Assessor taught me personally, and as such, I have had an inside peek at what VCE English exam markers look for. We can expand vocabularies, bolster linguistic acumen and sculpt your already existing ideas into masterpieces. I also teach my own, unique approaches to essay writing and language analyses, unknown to any other teacher. These methods have been praised by the Chief Assessor himself and skyrocketed many mediocre English students to A+ ease. They worked for me, and will for you too!
