No more cramming now! I believe in explaining my students by creating curiosity, interest, and passion in there subjects/related topics rather than just teaching. Teaching for me is not a profession completely but a passion to educate my students at the best by making them to enjoy there subjects. I try to teach topics with practical examples, showing online animations and also at times by making dramatic scripts related to the topic For me it’s about not only motivating students to learn, but teaching them how to learn, and doing so in a manner that is relevant, meaningful, and memorable. I revise all the topics I teach by discussing with students in my next session so that they try to come prepared. I take regular tests after completing every chapter. I always help student by inspiring them with good examples. I never demotivate a child though h/she is not good in studies. Well! else you can get more idea after my teaching. :) All the best!
