Teach your friends, neighbour or dog- explaining a concept in your own words to another person ingrains and reinforces the knowledge 4. Review material twice a week – we forget >90% of what we learn after 7 days and >99% after a month without revision! 5. Consistent Practice – learning in consistent chunks always trumps cramming!
