I'm a current student with 4 years tutoring experience available for private high school maths tutoring. I have worked with students of all abilities, helping those who are struggling to catch up to their peers or pushing strong students to the next level. My experience with other students means that I am able to quickly highlight any gaps in understanding and explain difficult concepts with a more hands on approach. My teaching style varies depending on the student but is always non-judgmental and at a comfortable pace. Many students lack motivation as they cannot see how the topics they are taught are implementable in a real life scenario, so I like to explain not only how to do something but why it is important.
