Currently completing my third year of a BSc/MBBS dual degree at the University of Queensland, it is easy to appreciate how much proper guidance and direction can aid in the learning process. I have always found that understanding the concepts and ideas involved in any field of study proves much more useful than working to a test. Helping others to learn has always been rewarding for me and I look forward to continuing that with you. Graduating from Melbourne High School (one of 3 selective schools in Victoria) I achieved an ATAR of 98.95 and completed the UMAT, attaining a score in the 97th percentile. My year 11 and 12 subjects included: - English - Maths Methods (MATHS B Equivalent) - Specialist Mathematics (MATHS C Equivalent) - Chemistry - Physics - Psychology Happy to tutor for: YEARS 10 to 12: MATHS B and C, CHEMISTRY, PHYSICS 1st YEAR UNI: MATHEMATICS, STATISTICS, CHEMISTRY, PHYSICS I completed STAT1201, MATH1051, CHEM1010, CHEM1022 (or 1020), PHYS1171, and PSYC 1020 at the University of Queensland and would be excited to tutor for any of these subjects, however feel free to enquire regarding any other first year courses. I would be happy to teach any and all aspects of the above-mentioned subjects ranging from key ideas to specific assessment. Classes will cover important topics each week and will also involve going over any set questions required to emphasise specific points. I am able to accommodate any class times throughout both the week and weekend. I will have access to a car and hence classes can be home visits, at a suitable location (library, etc) or at my house in St Lucia, as required.
