I have been a tutor ever since high school and right now I tutor Chemistry for first year pre-medical and dentistry students at the University of Queensland. I am also an online tutor for Tutoring Australasia and have been for 2 years. I am currently studying Medicine at the University of Queensland. Teaching different students at various levels and backgrounds has always been interesting and fulfilling to me. I believe that there are no bad students, only bad teachers who cannot adapt to the different, preferred learning styles of different students. Lesson structures will depend on types of students, what the students are after and their existing ability and knowledge in the subject. E.g. for a highly motivated student who is willing to put in a lot of effort into studying and revision. Lesson will be based on the problems and difficulties the student encountered during his/her private studies. However for a less motivated student, lessons will be structured to the course of the subject and I condense and teach the essential knowledge required to pass each level of the course. I will be available from 5pm to 10pm from Monday to Friday and free all day on weekends. Tutoring lessons are conducted at my place in Bundaberg West or can be conducted at the student's place.
