I am available to tutor in English from Year 7-12, as well as Media and Drama. My availability is flexible, but am available all weeknights after 5pm, dependent on other students regular tutoring sessions. I am a fourth year Education student at LaTrobe University and will be graduating at the end of the year with a Double Degree in Arts/Secondary Education, having majored in English Literature and Media Studies. I structure lessons around the current content that is being taught in the student's classroom. Focusing on building foundation knowledge and advancing to critical thinking essential to VCE and further tertiary study. I am very passionate about teaching and love seeing my students achieve their full potential. I am a very nurturing teacher and believe that having a trusting relationship with my students is essential to their success. I want them to be comfortable to honestly admit areas they need help in and to let me know if they haven't understood something.
