The only thing standing between you and ultimate knowledge is the quality of means by which you learn. After my years of being a secondary and now tertiary level student, I have learned that even the hardest concepts can be mastered by ANY mind given the right guidelines and enough practice. The problem with learning new concepts, however, lies in the fact that the student doesn't always know which questions to ask or where to begin. I can offer an overview and overall understanding of secondary level concepts, having already applied them on tertiary level. This can help disperse any confusion and/or doubt. I can also explain the future importance and application of these abstract ideas to answer those frustration-induced "why am I bothering to even learn this?!" questions. Many high school textbooks don't offer worked solutions, either, which can be maniacally frustrating. I can help the student work through specific problems on their beckon call- an invaluable level of support. Lastly, as I am a student myself, I have access to endless university resources to help me solve any problems for the student that I cannot solve on my own. In addition, both of my parents are secondary teachers and are able to assist me in terms of what is relevant to the current syllabus. I am available to tutor on most week nights as well as over the weekends. My lessons will include an explanation of each new concept and then an application of the concept by means of practice questions. Don't break your head. Nothing is difficult, only unfamiliar.
