Sprout Eden, the daily version of the Nethercote Seasonal Produce Market in town, is a proud purveyor of the best that local producers have to offer, including organic meat, artisan smoked fish, free-range eggs, dairy and specialty breads, together with nuts, pickles, jams, relishes and an organic skin-care range. Seasonal fruit and vegetables are brought in daily from local farms and gardens for sale and used extensively by the Sprout kitchen, together with many of the other local food items in the delicious breakfast and lunch menus. Meals are available to eat in or can be taken away and cater to a wide range of dietary needs, especially gluten-free and vegetarian.
