CAS practice: Choose purposeful CAS experiences

A student is considering the CAS experience "coordinating cooking sessions for a multicultural day stall" because families wanted cultural sharing to be respectful and student-led. Choose the route that makes the experience purposeful rather than a loose activity. Select the purpose focus, strand fit, challenge move, and authenticity check. Then answer this in your own words: why would this route keep the CAS evidence and reflection authentic? AI will analyse your reasoning, evidence, reflection quality, and expression.

Worked practice: build the reflection

Work through the CAS task: purpose focus, specific evidence, the CAS move, then a bounded reflection.
