Experience hands on activities at the Lost Art Studio in Blackall with traditional bush leather craft where you can make you own belts, hat band, whip or key rings. Starter kits are available to take away or make on site with old bushman who wish to share their skills before they are lost. Enjoy the stories behind the bush skills and yarn about droving times, the golden age of wool and the era that connects stockmen and their traditional bush crafts. Beginners and master classes are offered daily from Monday to Friday or other days by appointment. Cost is for materials plus a donation for the tutor. A range of items are for sale hand made by the bushies themselves.
