The HJ & Brian Cook Native Animal Reserve (also known as the Minlaton Fauna Park), is situated in the northern area of Minlaton. It is located adjacent to the Captain Harry Butler aircraft memorial hangar, and is home to a variety of emus, kangaroos and wallabies. This native animal reserve is a wonderful place to get a close look at Australia's natural flora and fauna. The reserve's perimeter provides many shady areas for picnic lunches, so bring the family and have a great day out.
