User can surf the internet within Eclipse by using Internal Web Browser.
Go to window click Show view and Click other to activate Internal Web Browser view. Enter "browser" in the filter text box of the Show View. Select "Internal Web Browser" and click OK
Enter a URL in to Internal Web Browser page to navigate to a web page
