Definition of Skip Counting
Skip Counting is counting forwards or backwards in steps that are bigger than \(1\).
The hundreds grid shows the results of skip counting by \(3\), starting at \(3\).
If you start at \(2\) and skip count by \(5\), you end up with the numbers \(2,7,12,17,22,27,\dots\).
Description
The aim of this dictionary is to provide definitions to common mathematical terms.
