Definition of Corresponding Angles
Corresponding angles are the angles formed in the corresponding corners when two lines are crossed by another line (a transversal), as shown in the picture on the left.
If the two lines crossed by the transversal are parallel, then the corresponding angles are equal.
Description
The aim of this dictionary is to provide definitions to common mathematical terms.
